My name is Laura and I am an intuitive energy healer, nonprofit professional, and animal lover based in the Southeast Twin Cities.

Collective Energy exists for one simple reason. Self-care is healthcare, not a luxury. Everyone should have access to explore holistic and alternative healing.

Inclusive, affirming, affordable wellness spaces matter. Many of my clients are new to energy and sound healing, and quickly find it to be an important part of their overall wellbeing!

The stress of daily life disregulates our nervous system and distances us from who we truly are, strong and resilient with unlimited access to universal support.

Energy and vibroacoustic sound healing is a powerful combination to rediscover your inner balance and connection to all living things.

What I Do

My method combines Reiki, vibroacoustic sound therapy, intuitive energy healing, and healing/therapeutic touch creating a unique and personal experience for each session.

Energy healing, practiced worldwide in various forms for millennia, is a powerful tool. Reiki, an ancient Japanese technique (Rei: universal, Ki: life-force energy), focuses on harmonizing energy centers in your body to promote spiritual, physical, and emotional well-being.

Energy healing is a gentle, non-invasive practice that aims to ensure the free flow of energy within you, aiding in relaxation and stress reduction.

Vibroacoustic Therapy, an innovative approach involving calming vibrations and melodies, traces its roots to Norway and ancient healing traditions. Using a medical-grade BioAcoustic Mat, this therapy helps relax tissues, unwind blood vessels, and stimulate lymphatic pathways, preparing your body to activate its natural healing abilities.

What to Expect During a Session

Before we get started with the healing session, we'll talk about what you want to achieve. Once you're ready, you will lay down comfortably on the massage table, facing upwards. We'll make sure you're cozy with some pillows, blankets, and a heated table pad, and then we'll adjust the vibroacoustic therapy mat according to your preferences. This will create lovely sounds and vibrations throughout the session, which should help you relax. During the session, I'll place my hands just above your body in specific energy locations. I'll check with you first if you're okay with light touch. If you're comfortable with it, I may place my hands on the top of your head, arms, or lower legs and feet. If you prefer the session to be entirely hands-off, that's totally fine and just as effective!

As an intuitive energy healer, I'll sense and visualize the flow of your energy field and identify any imbalances that could be contributing to physical or emotional issues. I use Tibetan Reiki, combined with other energy healing and aura clearing techniques. There's no pressure, massage, or manipulation involved. Most people feel very relaxed and peaceful during energy healing, and some describe an almost dreamlike state and/or mild sensations like heat or tingling. My goal is for you to enjoy the session and leave feeling refreshed and renewed.

After the session, we'll have another quick chat to discuss your session and ways to continue your healing process at home.

Animal Reiki

Our furry friends are important to us and deserve all the love and care in the world. How about gifting them some positive energy healing?

Reiki works wonders on animals and can be done either in person or virtually. It can help in many ways such as:

- Reducing anxiety, stress, and nervousness

- Boosting their energy levels and overall well-being

- Supporting healing processes after surgery, injury, or trauma

- Aches, pains, strains, or allergies

Collective Energy is a 100% donation-based practice. This means there is no set pricing structure.

You decide how much to pay based on what you can comfortably afford.
